Shipping Information and TAT

Turnaround time is currently 15-21 business days.

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct as I cannot be responsible for lost packages sent to a wrong address.

All orders are shipped from Lansing, MI. Shipping times will vary. Please allow at least a full week to ten business days for delivery within the US, two weeks to a month for Canada and Mexico, and 60-90 days for all other internationals.

International Shipping:  please note that I cannot be responsible if a package is lost or taken by customs. While lost packages rarely happen, it can on occasion.  If your package does go missing, please contact me and we will work on a solution. I strongly encourage international tracking so that both parties can have peace of mind but understand it is cost prohibitive.  

Please bear in mind that transit time is taking longer than normal across the board.

All domestic packages will include tracking. International packages will include a designated number that is trackable while in the US and may be used for further tracking in certain countries.
